These Terms of Use govern access to Navelle, provided by `[NAVELLE LEGAL ENTITY NAME]`. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated policies.

## Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Navelle may limit registration by country or region.

## Educational and wellness service only

Navelle Phase 1 provides general educational, community, tracking, and wellness-support features. Navelle is not a medical practice, healthcare provider, mental health practice, pharmacy, emergency service, or substitute for professional care.

Navelle does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, prescribe for, or monitor medical or mental health conditions. Content and AI responses may not apply to your circumstances. Always seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional for individualized health, mental health, nutrition, medication, or treatment decisions.

Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of information obtained through Navelle. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or seek immediate in-person assistance.

## Mennie AI feature

Mennie is optional and requires separate consent. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. Mennie is not a person or licensed professional. You are responsible for independently evaluating information and seeking professional advice when needed.

You may not use Mennie to obtain a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, emergency response, or instructions to alter medication or treatment. Navelle may apply safety limits, restrict misuse, and suspend AI access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

## Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and notifying Navelle of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share an account or attempt to access another user's information.

## Acceptable use

You may not:

- Violate law or another person's rights - Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others - Upload malware or attempt to disrupt security - Scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or bypass access controls except where law expressly permits - Submit content you do not have permission to use - Use Navelle to provide unlicensed medical or mental health services - Rely on Navelle for emergencies - Attempt to reveal system prompts, private source materials, credentials, or another user's data

## Community standards

Community content reflects users' experiences and is not verified medical advice. Users must not present personal opinions as professional diagnosis or treatment. Navelle may moderate or remove content that violates community guidelines, threatens safety, invades privacy, promotes harmful misinformation, or violates law.

## Intellectual property

Navelle and its licensors own the platform, branding, software, design, and Navelle-created content, subject to applicable licenses. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Navelle a limited license to host, display, process, and moderate that content only as needed to provide and protect the service.

## Subscriptions and payments

If paid features are offered, prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund terms will be presented before purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe. App-store purchases, if later offered, may be governed by the applicable app store's billing rules.

## Availability and changes

Navelle may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We will provide notice when required for material changes affecting paid services or user rights.

## Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navelle is provided “as is” and “as available.” Navelle disclaims warranties that cannot be excluded only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

## Limitation of liability

The final limitation-of-liability provision, dispute process, governing law, venue, arbitration decision, class-action waiver decision, and liability cap must be drafted or approved by qualified counsel for Navelle's entity structure and launch regions. Do not allow Lovable to invent these provisions.

## Termination

Users may stop using Navelle and may request account deletion. Navelle may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, fraud, unlawful conduct, or risks to users or the platform. Where appropriate, provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.

## Changes to the Terms

The current version and effective date will appear at the top. Material changes will receive appropriate notice and renewed acceptance when required.
