Community Guidelines

Version 2026-08-21 · Effective August 21, 2026

Navelle community spaces exist so women can compare notes on midlife hormone health and feel less alone. Everyone is welcome, and dignity is not optional.

Do: share your own experience, ask questions, name what helped you, and be specific about what you were going through at the time.

Do not: give medical advice, recommend or discourage specific medications, doses, supplements, or providers, sell anything, share other people's private information, or post racist, ableist, ageist, transphobic, or otherwise degrading content.

Moderation: Navelle staff review reported posts and may hide or remove content, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules. We tell you when we act on your content and how to respond.

Reporting: use the report control on any post, or email [COMMUNITY CONTACT EMAIL]. We review reports within [RESPONSE WINDOW] business days, sooner when someone may be at risk.

Safety: if a post suggests someone is in danger, we surface crisis resources. Navelle does not provide crisis counselling.
