How it works

How Navelle works

Navelle is built around four things you can use in any order. Nothing is required, and nothing about you is assumed.

Four steps

What a Navelle account gives you

  1. Step 1

    Learn from reviewed sources

Every article and audio piece passes clinical and cultural review before it is published, and shows its sources, review date, and the populations the evidence actually covers.

  2. Step 2

    Track only what you choose

Check-ins take about two minutes. Over a few weeks you get trend charts you can bring to your own clinician, and export or delete whenever you like.

  3. Step 3

    Talk in moderated spaces

Community rooms are organised by theme and moderated by people. Reports are reviewed by staff, and conduct rules are published up front.

  4. Step 4

    Add Mennie™ if it helps

Mennie™ is off until you read the AI disclosure and accept it. She answers in plain language, cites the reviewed library, and never diagnoses or recommends medication.

What Navelle will never do

  • Diagnose a condition or interpret lab results.
  • Recommend, adjust, or manage medication.
  • Sell your health data or place ad trackers on member screens.
  • Require you to disclose your race, income, or history to learn.

Read the Consumer Health Data Policy for the full detail.
