Accessibility Statement

Version 2026-08-21 · Effective August 21, 2026

Navelle is designed so women can learn about menopause without fighting the interface. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the website and mobile web experience.

What we do: we use clear colour contrast, text that resizes without breaking layout, keyboard-reachable controls, visible focus indicators, descriptive link text, captions or transcripts for audio and video, and screen-reader labels on interactive elements.

Known limitations: some third-party embedded media players and older archived recordings may not yet include full transcripts. We are working through the library and prioritising the most-read content first.

Alternative formats: if a page, article, meditation, or document is not accessible to you, we will provide the content in another format at no cost. Email [ACCESSIBILITY CONTACT EMAIL] with the page address and what would work better for you.

Feedback and response times: we acknowledge accessibility reports within [RESPONSE WINDOW] business days and tell you what we plan to do and when.

Assessment approach: [DESCRIBE INTERNAL AND THIRD-PARTY AUDIT PROCESS AND DATE OF MOST RECENT REVIEW].
